We've added the "EDI Status" column to the view of the New Purchase Orders list view.

SPPLYALL-37 Distinguish Real/Virtual Supplier When Managing POs

When searching for Suppliers they are categorised into Real and Virtual Contacts

SPPLYALL-48 Visibility of Supplier Notifs for Doc Changes

Features have been introduced to make it easier to confirm that suppliers have seen the latest versions of any documents that are associated with their purchase orders.

Supply Chain
In the Documents accordion of the purchase order;

You can click on the Watching icon and you will see all the people who are watching the document and you will see a green tick if they have seen the latest version.
You will see a red cross if they have not.

Gateway

In Gateway you can now search for emails with the title SupplyChain - New Document Version Notification.

The emails provide a link to the document.

DMS
In the Activity feed for the document you can see when the notification was sent.

SPPLYALL-49 Visibility of Document Watching Data

The visibility of watching data to a supplier was incorrect. Suppliers were able to see all other businesses that had viewed a specific document. This has been rectified

  • The only watching data a non-licensee user can see is their own (ie. their own based on the quadrant/perspective.)

  • This data (for all watchers) is now only visible to Licensee Supply - Sys Admins.

SPPLYALL-62 Insist on Document Permissions

SPPLYALL-71 Separate Account Register/Update

Previously, when someone who had registered an organisation on the Platform, wanted to update their information they had to go to the portal and select Register then enter their email and password to update their details. This caused some confusion.

There is now a separate Account Update option.

If the user selects Account Update and enters new details the option will behave as Register.

SPPLYALL-76 Account Register/Update Prefs/Behaviour

With the separation of Account Register and Account Update options on the login page checks are performed to confirm the right action has been selected

  • If using the "Update" link, if the entered email address is not already known/registered, the user is advised and returned to the login screen

  • If using the "Register" link, the entered email address must be new/unregistered to continue.

SPPLYALL-80 Safety Has Org/Team Focus

Changes have been made to the Supply Chain homescreen.

  1. The Safety profile summary at the top right of the Home page is the sum of CTAs for all organisations that the user is a staff member for, that is connected in Safety to the licensee.
(ie. the same criteria that is used now to determine the number of Teams accordions to display on the Home page)

  2. These are also the counts to see on the Safety tiles on the left of screen.

  3. The detail behind the Tiles represents these CTAs, and are the combining of safety items for the organisation(s). ie. nothing personal is sown here.
