The staff names included in customer portal emails are configurable based on the contact role group memberships (i.e., where the project is in its workflow).

Additional guidance has been added for users as to if/why they should create business profiles.



When the "Add Business Profile" action is performed a prompt/confirmation is displayed.

There is a new Platform setting section for "Licensee Notification Email Addresses". This is used to nominate email addresses for very specific platform notifications

The initial setting for this feature is "Notification when Contacts Change Legal Details: "

When a contact's important details change on the Organisation profile (in all apps, via API, etc), all linked licensees will be sent a notification of the change.

A SAA is recorded against the contact for each notification sent, owned by each notified licensee, as proof that the notification was sent. It includes the "new/changed" contact details in the SAA details.

Searching for contacts in Platform (under PSTPF SA/Manage org Contacts roles) shows unregistered contacts, like the invite search does.

Licensees can now maintain their own PO footer text. This is managed through Administration> Platform Settings. You need to be in the IT System Administrator perspective to do this.
