On a template item you can now define the minimum number of photos the inspector should take.

Structured inspections now offers the ability to record the fact that work is allowed on items that are unsatisfactory.

In the Submission Details accordion of the template there is a new option Work Allowed

When you add an item to a structured inspection template where Work is Allowed is set you have the option to specify whether work is mandatory.

On the mobile app there is a switch to say whether work is required (It will be in the True position if the mandatory option is selected and an unsatisfactory response has been given.

Where work is required the item in the web appliance has the option to flag work has started and there is a workflow accordion.

The mobile app also gives the option to control the workflow of the item;

When the work is done you can uodate it again

When the work has been checked you can sign it off.

The item is then marked as Complete

Workflow can also be updated from the web appliance.

There was an issue where signing off items individually resulted in the final sign off signature screen not being displayed. This issue has been resolved.

You could previously give customers access to structured inspections. They can now also sign off the inspection themselves.

The role of the person who signed off the inspection is captured and shown on the submission accordion of the inspection.

If an inspection customer, has projects with more than one licensee, there was no way for the customer to see other licensee projects.

The customer can now switch between licensees from the Account screen.
