There was an issue when using Dark mode in iOS where the users text was not visible. This issue has been resolved.

To make working with structured inspections quicker it is now possible to define default answers to an inspection item.

When you add a template item there is a new option Default Response.

When a the item is displayed in an inspection the the inspector can immediately move to the next item without making a response.

Note
If notes or photos are marked as mandatory then the inspector will still need to supply this information.

For all signatures/authorities on an inspection, the contact's name, POSITION/ROLE, and signature are shown.

Previously customers could not view or access structured inspections.

The same "Customer can view/edit" setting has now been applied to Structured Inspections

Working with structured inspections

An "Inspection Sign Off" action has been implemented into the mobile app.

When all items have either been rejected or have reached the Work Sign off stage there is a new option that allows the colllection of additional signatures.

When the inspector selects Sign Off Inspection they can add their signature in the normal way and the select Add Signature.

The inspector can then add the details of the person that they are capturing the signature of and then get the person to sign.

Multiple signatures can be captured.

When the inspector selects Sign Off the inspections workflow is complete.

When submitting an inspection the inspector can add additional signatures. This is useful, for example, if you want to get the customer to acknowledge all defects have been captured.





Touch the ellipsis and select Add Signature.




You can then add the details of the other person signing and capture their signature.




You can add multiple additional signatures. The inspection pdf report has a page for each additional signature.

On a structured inspection template there a is now the option to set up notifications in the same was there is for documents.

On the template page there is a new accordion;

You can add as many roles as required.

When the selected Inspection Actions are recorded an email will be sent to all of the people with the specified roles.
