PTFMALL-27 Edit contact profiles for Real People if they are staff

A change has been made( When enabled) allowing licensee staff who has both of the following roles
- IT System Admin
- Platform manage organisation conacts

to be able to edit the contact/user profile of staff (real-contacts) that work for their organisation.

This gives licensees a way to maintain staff details for them, such as profile descriptions, positions, profile photos, etc.

These changes are recorded in the Activity Feed for the contact.

Note:
This is not turned on by default. If required then you should contact support.
