When a file is downloaded from the DMS, its name has a suffix of the object's name, separated by a hyphen. ie. {current file name} - {object name} eg. an object name might be the
project's address, a house type name, etc.

Previously if you archived a document it removed the Enforce Document Settings setting if you restored the document. This issue has been resolved.

The "Checked Out Documents" page has been moved to be under Activities and eSign Monitoring.

Subject to the user's role in the quadrant, the list will show:

1. DMS System Administrator - all checked-out documents for all users

2. Document User - their own personal checked out documents (if any)
   

The DMS now provides the ability to Check Out documents so that you can work on them and then you can Check In to update the document in the DMS.

It is now not possible to Check Out a document that has been eSigned.

Clicking on the hyperlink for the related object

now goes to the Document Browse page and auto-refreshes to show all documents for the object.

Creating Object Listings and Galleries

The Add document process does not allow a new version of a document to be added if it is currently checked out. A warning message is given showing that the document is Checked Out, and who too.

To help users to know what Tags they can search for, we now show them in the Tags search field for selection, and filtering via auto-complete when they type
