PTFMALL-178 Hide Bank/Trade Profile Content

The business profile and registration pages no longer capture/show bank account and terms of trade content.

PTFMALL-179 Prompt/Guidance When Adding Business Profile

Additional guidance has been added for users as to if/why they should create business profiles.



When the "Add Business Profile" action is performed a prompt/confirmation is displayed.


SFTALL-217 Validating Compliance for Optional Items

You can now validate Optional requirements. There is a new filter (Optional) and column (Requirement)

SFTALL-242 Rejected Compliance During Onboarding

When a compliance item is rejected during onboarding, the email directed the user to login to the portal, which they did not have access to.


It now directs them to the Account Update process instead.

SFTALL-254 "Works Onsite" Button Invite Contacts

The "Works Onsite?" label has been changed to "Safety Contact?" An information icon is shown, encouraging the user to click and see a tooltip that explains this field "Tick if the contact either works onsite or uses this Safety Portal."


SFTALL-255 Approved Button & Compliance Required? Status

Within the Contact screen the Compliance, Inductions and Tasks accordions have been moved up. The Inductions accordion now also shows Closed inductions by default.



The default inductions accordion filter includes closed inductions.

When in the Approval stage of Onboarding and you select Manage Compliance from the contact screen there is new functionality.



  1. Each compliance item has an indication of its status as defined in the key.

  2. The backgroud colour key for each entitlement.

  3. Open Compliance item link.When you click it you now have the opion to Approve and Reject if it has not been validated.

SFTALL-258 New Compliance Type for Bank Account

A new Compliance Type has been added to the class Document, called "Proof of Bank Account"

SFTALL-283 Compliance attachments ability to specify which licensee can view

When a supplier is connected to more than one licensee they now have the ability to specify who can see their compliance documents.


NOTE - The ability to specify which licensee the documents are visible to will be made available in the Onboarding process in the next publish.

SPPLYALL-114 Supplier People to Add Staff

It has been easier for suppliers to add their staff. A staff member of a supplier who has the "Supply User" role and is logging into Supply WebUser can access the "Add Staff" button on the My Team page.

i.e. they do not need to change their Perspective to be in the organisation's perspective.
