SFTALL-135 Expiry Optional by Compliance Type

New DB content allows Insula to specify and profile if a compliance type expires.

This is set to Yes for all types except the "White Card" compliance type, which does not expire.

SFTALL-207 Working with Compliance, Comments, Renewals
  1. When viewing a Compliance Item, the Attachments accordion is open/expanded by default.

    This applies to:

    1. Compliance Item View

    2. Compliance Item Validate (ie. where you approve/reject)



  2. The attachments list has in-line actions for the documents like we do for the DMS - Preview, Download, Open In Tab.


  3. After a compliance item has been reviewed by a licensee, it can never be deleted, even by the contact.

    The item can be Edited (as is the case now) to have its details/document changed, but it cannot be deleted as we don't want to lose the validation history.

    Instead of having the Delete option, an Archive option is shown.

  4. When a compliance item is renewed, the original compliance item (ie. that has expired) is archived so that the history of the compliance (eg. "seeing last year's document") is supported for the user/licensees.



    The Safety user renews.





    Using the new UI filter you can see Active and Archived Compliance Items



SFTALL-212 Compliance Date Issued Content

New "Issued" date content has been added for compliance items. This is optional to enter.

SFTALL-229 Compliance documents not uploaded

There was an issue when uploading multiple compliance documents if you dragged and dropped them. This issue has been resolved.

SFTALL-230 Induction format changing

There was an issue when creating the next version of an induction that brought back deleted records. This issue has been resolved.
