2023.3 Platform Security (WebApps) | The Platform (all WebApps) has been updated to support SSO for Microsoft ID. This has to be configured at a licensee level, where a licensee chooses to use Microsoft ID for all logins that feature their domain in the email address. This change means the entry of a username/password on login screens. |

Visibilty of Management Access Contacts | Users can now identify which users/contacts have management access. When in the Perspective, Platform - Manage Organisation Contacts, locate the contact organisation. There is a new accordion Management Access. This allows licensees to engage with the people/users behind the orgs to coordinate updates, etc. as needed. |

Remove Contacts from a Role | The Remove option, is now available, from the Contact Roles screen. |

Force Password Reset on Account Lockout | When a user has failed 3 login attempts there account is locked and they have to reset their password. |

Remove/Cancel Roles from Role List Page | The Cancel action has been added to the Contact Role View page. This is available to the IT System Admin and Manage Org. Contacts role for the License being viewed. This includes a standard confirmation prompt. |

Vendor Bank Details | A licensee setting has been added "Request AP Bank Details on Registration"
This has been applied to all registration areas (eg. Supply, Safety). |

Showing Contact Role Notes | On the Administration > Contact Roles screen a notes field is now displayed.
You can also update the note when you edit the role. |

Rename Platform Admin Role | The role "Platform - System Administrator" has been renamed "Platform - Platform Administrator (SA)" |

Site Setup/Validation | Wherever defining a Document Lan Proxy MAC address, additional validations have been added. It will only accept 12 characters in length. |

Commitment to Safety Settings | There is a new setting "Require 'Commitment to Safety' for Contacts". This determines whether the Commitment to Safety feature is enabled for a licensee.
These are used in Onsite Safety and Supplychain. |

New Standard Platform Roles | New standard platform roles have been added. Valid contacts are Real and Virtual Organisations.
