PTFMALL-96 2023.3 Platform Security (WebApps)

The Platform (all WebApps) has been updated to support SSO for Microsoft ID. This has to be configured at a licensee level, where a licensee chooses to use Microsoft ID for all logins

that feature their domain in the email address. This change means the entry of a username/password on login screens.

PTFMALL-113 Visibilty of Management Access Contacts

Users can now identify which users/contacts have management access. When in the Perspective, Platform - Manage Organisation Contacts, locate the contact organisation.


There is a new accordion Management Access.


This allows licensees to engage with the people/users behind the orgs to coordinate updates, etc. as needed.

PTFMALL-116 Remove Contacts from a Role

The Remove option, is now available, from the Contact Roles screen.

PTFMALL-117 Force Password Reset on Account Lockout

When a user has failed 3 login attempts there account is locked and they have to reset their password.

PTFMALL-119 Remove/Cancel Roles from Role List Page

The Cancel action has been added to the Contact Role View page. This is available to the IT System Admin and Manage Org. Contacts role for the License being viewed.


This includes a standard confirmation prompt.

PTFMALL-121 Vendor Bank Details

A licensee setting has been added "Request AP Bank Details on Registration"

  1. When"Yes" (the default) - the fields are shown, options, and work as they do now

  2. When "No", these fields/accordion is hidden from view and not see when registering via a licensee URL with this setting.

This has been applied to all registration areas (eg. Supply, Safety).

PTFMALL-122 Showing Contact Role Notes

On the Administration > Contact Roles screen a notes field is now displayed.

For Platform roles this has been updated with a concise human readable description suitable of the role.

The Contact Role list page shows the notes column.




When adding a role you can add notes to it;


You can also update the note when you edit the role.

NOTE: You cannot edit standard Platform Roles notes

PTFMALL-127 Rename Platform Admin Role

The role "Platform - System Administrator" has been renamed "Platform - Platform Administrator (SA)"

PTFMALL-129 Role View Archive/Restore Actions

The Contact Role View has Archive and Restore actions;



PTFMALL-130 Site Setup/Validation

Wherever defining a Document Lan Proxy MAC address, additional validations have been added.

It will not accept ‘-‘ characters;

It will only accept 12 characters in length.

PTFMALL-131 Commitment to Safety Settings

There is a new setting "Require 'Commitment to Safety' for Contacts". This determines whether the Commitment to Safety feature is enabled for a licensee.

  • If "No" (the default), there is no change to the current behaviour.

  • If "Yes", this the then the following can be defined.

  1. The Safety Commitment Statement for an Organisation.

  2. The Safety Commitment Statement for a Person.


These are used in Onsite Safety and Supplychain.

PTFMALL-155 New Standard Platform Roles

New standard platform roles have been added. Valid contacts are Real and Virtual Organisations.

  1. Platform - Business Structure - Company

  2. Platform - Business Structure - Sole Trader

  3. Platform - Business Structure - Partnership

  4. Platform - Business Structure - Trust

  5. Platform - Business Structure - Co-Operative

  6. Platform - Business Structure - Indigenous Corporation

  7. Platform - Business Structure - Joint Venture

PTFMALL-162 Platform Role Change - Platform - Vendor/Subcontractor

The role Platform - Vendor/Subcontractor now auto acccepts.
