SFTALL-196 Account Update & Working Onsite

When registering an organisation, the labels shown above the additional contacts in the Registration process have been improved;



  1. Staff has been changed to "Staff Member?".

  2. Accounts has been changed to "Accounts Contact?".

  3. Work Orders has been changed to change to "Receives Work/Purchase Orders?".


  4. General Enquiries has been changed to "General Enquiries?".

  5. Onsite / Logo has been changed to "Works Onsite?".

For the initial registering (i.e. principal) contact, all of the 5 roles are ticked by default. For any additional contacts, the "Staff Member?" and "Works Onsite?" are ticked by default.

SFTALL-197 Rejecting Compliance Notes

When rejecting a compliance item;



The reason for the rejection and the person who did it is now recorded in the Activity Feed on the Contacts page.



SFTALL-198 "My Team" Bulletin/User Interface Values

The Safety Bulletin tile/label "My Team" has been renamed "Team Members Requiring Attention".




All labels "Missing Team Compliance" have been changed to be "Team Members Requiring Attention".



SFTALL-202 Contact View Page & Compliance List

Improvements have been made to the Compliance accordion on the Contact screen. All ''required" compliance items are now shown and you can see whether they have expired or have been rejected.




SFTALL-203 Compliance Reminders

Expiry notifications are sent for optional compliance items.

The Activity Feed on the Contact screen shows the name of the compliance type that the comtact was notified about as opposed to the document number.

SFTALL-204 My Team Page Change/Reuse

When the My Team page is accessed from the Home Tile (or Nav), it works as it does now, being the team of the licensee (or org contact if that is the perspective for the org logged in, being impersonated, etc.)






A new button is added to the Organisation Contact View page called "View Team"



When selected this navigates to the My Team page, but show the team for organisation selected.



This will show all team member CTAs, etc. and allow a complete overview of the team's status. You can send reminders from here.

SFTALL-205 Assigning Inductions to Organisations

There was an issue that prevented assigning inductions to organisations. This issue has been resolved.


SFTALL-206 Contact & Team View Page Changes

Background:

With the introduction of onboarding it has become difficult to know from within Onsite Safety that a contact has an integration subscription and is being correctly linked to on-prem systems.

New features:
The Safety Profile section, in the Contact screen, has been updated to include a new column at the end labelled "Integrated?"


  1. When the contact has ANY active integration subscription records you will see a green tick.

  2. If they have no active subscriptions you will see a red cross

The Contact View page now shows Integration Subscription accordion. This is read only.




The My Team page has the same column change as above, with "Integrated?" on the right hand side:


SFTALL-211 Compliance Document Number Optional

The requirement for a document number, on compliance items, has been relaxed.
